Insurance Customer Service Representative
JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Client Service Associate, you will support and manage ongoing servicing needs for assigned commercial clients, ensuring timely, accurate policy updates and a high level of client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with internal teams, carriers, and clients to handle policy changes, documentation, billing support, and claims coordination.Key Responsibilities:Respond to client requests for policy changes, endorsements, and coverage updatesProcess endorsements directly with carriers or escalate complex changes and new lines of business for quotingTrack, follow up on, and deliver completed endorsements to clientsHandle client-initiated cancellations and coordinate required internal stepsPrepare, coordinate, and deliver Proofs of Insurance and CertificatesAssist with claims coordination and escalate claims matters as neededREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE1+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experienceStrong understanding of commercial coverages and policy structureAbility to analyze coverage needs and support guaranteed-cost program designsNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEProficiency with EPIC preferred and other carrier websitesActive Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)Experience working in a high-volume brokerage or agency environmentFamiliarity with additional platforms such as CSR24 or IndioPrior experience supporting account strategy or renewal planningCollege degree (preferred, not required)
