Role Description This part time, on-site Summer Camp Counselor role is located at Attack Taekwondo / GrowthMindset Best in Cudahy Wi. The Counselor will oversee day-to-day camp activities, ensure the safety and engagement of all campers, and act as a positive role model. Responsibilities include leading fun and educational activities, monitoring campers during exercises like martial arts sessions or fitness games, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Counselors will also facilitate communication with campers, staff, and parents, promoting a team-oriented and enriching experience. Qualifications Experience in camp activities and supervision, along with knowledge of developing engaging programs for children.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive interactions with campers, parents, and fellow staff members.CPR certification is highly recommended Background in education or teaching roles is a plus, demonstrating the ability to guide and mentor students effectively.Passion for working with children, a commitment to safety, and the ability to create a fun, inclusive environment.Physical stamina and enthusiasm for participating in outdoor and fitness-based activities.
