Volunteer Opportunity: Operations AssociateOrganization: Love My Neighbor FoundationLocation: Los Angeles, CA (Primarily Thursdays, with event-based flexibility)Commitment: Long-term preferred (Not eligible for community service hour credit)Love My Neighbor Foundation (LMNF) is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-friendly Operations Associate to join our team. You will work directly with our Operations Manager and assist in coordinating all aspects of our weekly outreach and year-round events. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our mission-making a direct impact on the lives of those in need.About the Role:As our Operations Associate , you'll play a hands-on role in helping things run smoothly during our weekly Thursday outreach and special events throughout the year, such as:Toy Drive / Holiday GiveawayBackpack & School Supply DriveTurkeyday giveawayAdditional seasonal and community eventsYou'll help ensure logistics, setup, volunteer coordination, and flow are well-managed and that our mission is delivered with professionalism and heart.We're Looking for Someone Who Is:Passionate about helping othersHighly organized and detail-orientedA "go-getter" who takes initiativeFriendly, approachable, and a strong communicatorDependable and collaborativeCommitted to being part of LMNF long-termKey Responsibilities:Assist with the execution and flow of Thursday outreach (weekly from approx. 12 PM - 2:30 PM)Support the Operations Manager in managing logistics, setup, and team coordinationHelp plan and execute special events throughout the yearCommunicate with volunteers and ensure everyone knows their rolesStep in where needed to keep things moving efficiently and compassionatelyRequirements:Availability on Thursdays from 11:30 AM - 2:30 PMWillingness to support events outside of Thursdays as neededStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsComfortable with basic tech (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools a plus)Must speak and write English fluently (Spanish is a plus)Join Us!We are more than just a team-we are a family committed to serving our community with love, respect, and consistency.
