Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob DescriptionA well-established, growth-oriented construction firm is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project execution, financial performance, schedule adherence, and coordination across internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands-on project management experience, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and accountability for multiple construction projects simultaneously.Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout in alignment with company standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Support business development and preconstruction efforts.Review bid documents and scopes of work.Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and vendor bids.Participate in pre-bid meetings and site walks.Assist with preparation of project estimates and proposals.Essential SkillsProject management.Construction.Construction management.Tenant improvement.Commercial construction.Contract negotiation.Change order management.Request for Information (RFI) management.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong leadership skills.Collaborative mindset.Experience in project planning and execution.Work EnvironmentThis position offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, along with a monthly vehicle allowance and discretionary performance bonus.
