A list of benefits will be provided to you upon hire.Your Daily Grind (The Good Kind)Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and related equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, and auxiliary systems.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and servo issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.Calibrate and align components to maintain precision, ensure compliance with safety standards (including LOTO), and track maintenance activity in the system.Collaborate with production teams to resolve recurring issues and support equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of CNC equipment and control systems (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens preferred).Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Experience with PLC systems and electrical diagnostics.Basic welding and fabrication skills.Proficient with precision measuring tools.Effective communication and ability to work independently or on a team."The people were great and coming to work felt amazing everyday.
