Metal Finisher (2nd shift)

DC Fabricator (DCF) is seeking a talented Metal Finisher to join our team. This is an on-site position reporting to our manufacturing facility in Florence, NJ.At DCF, you’ll be part of a skilled team that delivers high-quality, made-to-spec components where precision, reliability, and customer focus matter. Whether you’re driving results in the office or making them happen on the shop floor, you’ll collaborate across departments to solve problems, support efficient operations, and help ensure every component is completed safely, accurately, and with precision!The Metal Finisher is responsible for reading and understanding assembly instructions and steel blueprints and ensuring that the required parts are present and meet quality control standards. The regular hours for this position are 3:30pm-12:00am with training occurring on day shift (7:00am-3:30pm).Essential Duties Of The Metal FinisherThe following points reflect the general details of the principal functions considered necessary to perform this job.
