This position is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs focused on data center installation practices, systems, and safety standards. Day-to-day activities include developing training materials and curricula, conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions, and ensuring that installation teams understand and follow MCIS and client specifications. The instructor will collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to identify training needs, update content based on new technologies and procedures, and track learner progress and certification status. The role also involves maintaining accurate training records, providing feedback and coaching to learners, and supporting continuous improvement of installation quality and efficiency.QualificationsAbility to design and deliver effective learning programs, with strong skills in Technical Training, Training, and Training & Development.Clear and professional Communication skills to present complex technical concepts, facilitate discussions, and provide constructive feedback.Experience with Instructional Design, including creating structured curricula, lesson plans, and training materials for both classroom and field settings.Knowledge of data center infrastructure components (e.g., containment, raised flooring, conveyance, security cages) and installation best practices.Experience delivering safety and compliance training aligned with industry standards and site requirements.Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to track attendance, certifications, and training outcomes.Comfort working on-site in active construction or installation environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Preferred: Previous experience in data center or mission-critical facility installation; relevant technical or vocational education; training certifications are a plus.
