Strong training and mentorship will be provided through the rest of 2026 to ensure development & success in this new role.Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical and electromechanical design efforts for new and existing productsSupport manufacturing, assembly, and quality teams to ensure product performance and reliabilityConduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and support RMA investigationsDevelop and execute validation and verification test plans for new components and suppliersAnalyze electrical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering toolsCreate and maintain engineering documentation, schematics, and assembly instructionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives including FMEA and risk mitigation strategiesAnalyze test data and present findings to support engineering decisions and product enhancementsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology is required5+ years of experience in electrical or electromechanical engineering is required, with a strong blend of electrical & mechanical skillsStrong knowledge of electrical circuits, schematics, and system-level troubleshootingExperience with design, validation testing, and manufacturing supportStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilityProficiency with oscilloscopes, voltmeters, Microsoft Office tools and data analysis platformsHelpful Skills: Experience with electromechanical systems like motors, switches, gearboxes and mechanismsAbility to troubleshoot across both electrical and mechanical systemsCAD experienceQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
