The company values expertise and precision in delivering high-quality results for its clients.Job DescriptionOther responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Act as the responsible engineer and client point of contact for power delivery projects.Increase the volume of overhead line work with existing clients.Assist in marketing, promotion and business development efforts to add new regional clients.Prepare, review, and P.E. seal technical calculation reports and construction documents meeting client and requirements.Assist in the routing and design of overhead transmission lines using industry-standard tools.Support the preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials and technical documentation.Participate in field visits to collect data and support construction activities.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.Contribute to project planning, cost estimation and proposal preparation.Maintain organized records of project decisions and communications.Structure analysis and foundation design.Developing design criteria and specifications.Develop your career via peer-learning through sharing knowledge with other experienced engineers and train and mentor junior staff.Manage multiple projects and provide engineering QA/QCTravel to client sites as needed.Mentor junior staff.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
