We are looking for experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager that can work in a fast-paced environment, pivot priorities quickly and has grown an affiliate marketing program past seven figures. In conjunction you will work closely with the marketing department and executive team to help drive sales opportunities.Essential Functions:In addition to achieving sales goals set by the executive team and identifying opportunities to increase revenue, the sales manager will be responsible for:-Develop and optimize the Buffbunny affiliate program, to enhance company sales and meet revenue targets.-Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify opportunities for growth to increase affiliate-generated revenue.-Manage, track, and nurture existing affiliate partnerships.-Proactively engage with high quality affiliates that are not producing sales to understand how we can help them drive new customers to Buffbunny.-Manage affiliate communication and relationships across all platforms.-Forecast and track key metrics and report on findings.Ideal Qualifications:2+ years serving in a leadership position overseeing affiliate partnerships and salesEnjoys working with people, comfortable hosting both in person and virtual meetingsExceptional organizational skills and the ability to analyze and report on data driven metricsFamiliarity with company tech stack (including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, Clickup, Reversion)Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Affiliate marketing: 2 years (Required)Jot something down
