Machine Operator FT 2nd Shift

Responsibilitiesarrow_rightCheck and read order to verify kit number, quantity, quality and bag.Pulls staged parts and uses set up sheets and inspection boards to perform activities related to setting up kit-veyor for production run.Verifies first piece run for quality inspection purposes and performs random quality checks during the run.Completes required documentation and may occasionally make minor adjustments to the equipment necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the equipment.Notifies Lead Person or Senior Group Leader of problems needing immediate attention.Identifies and/or initiates appropriate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity relating to product, process, and quality system either directly or by recommendation through designated channels.Qualificationsarrow_rightHigh School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degreeHigh level of commitment and flexibilityWillingness and ability to work shiftsWillingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the positionFlexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environmentCommunication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.Value for Customers: Delivers superior value through commitment to quality, service and reliability.Innovation: Applies and shares ideas and best practices.
