This organisation leverages advanced AI technologies and cloud environments to deliver critical enterprise systems monitoring and performance analytics, driving continuous service improvement in complex federal environments.The Role Contribute Subject Matter Expertise to IT Performance Achievement, focusing on service level management and analytics. Analyze and model Incident, Problem, and Change trends to identify service improvement opportunities. Perform and interpret data studies, leveraging new and existing data sources for insights. Utilize Splunk for real-time detection, investigation, and resolution of operational issues. Develop analytics using data mining, statistical, forecasting, and modeling techniques. Proactively identify performance degradation and systemic issues across large enterprise systems.What You'll Need A minimum of eight (8) to twelve (12) years of relevant experience in data science or related fields. Expertise in AI technologies, cloud environments, and enterprise systems monitoring. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Splunk for monitoring and analysis. Strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of network technologies and API performance. Ability to develop prototypes, proof of concepts, algorithms, and predictive models.
