We are committed to improving patient outcomes while supporting physicians and clinical teams with reliable, cutting-edge technology.Position OverviewAcquire Med is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Associate Territory Representative to support and grow our presence in the Southern Idaho Area. This role is ideal for someone early in their medical sales career who is eager to learn, build strong clinical relationships, and contribute to a high-performing sales team.The Associate Territory Rep will work closely with senior territory representatives and clinical staff to drive product adoption, provide case support, and ensure exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport territory sales efforts by building and maintaining relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.Assist in the promotion and sale of Acquire Med products within assigned accounts.Provide in-service training and education to clinical teams.Attend and support surgical cases, ensuring proper product usage and availability.Collaborate with senior territory manager to develop and execute territory plans.Identify new business opportunities and help expand existing accounts.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory.Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required (business, life sciences, or related field preferred).0–3 years of sales experience (medical sales or healthcare exposure preferred).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.Ability to learn technical product knowledge quickly.Willingness to travel within the territory and attend cases (including early mornings).Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Preferred QualificationsExperience in medical device, healthcare, or clinical environment.Exposure to operating room protocols or surgical settings.Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + commission + bonus structure.Hands-on training and mentorship.Opportunity for career growth within a scaling company.Collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment.
