Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), AD&D Insurance, Life Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Retirement Benefits: 401K plan.Work-Life Balance: Generous PTO, sick days, bereavement leave, 6 paid federal holidays, and 2 floating holidays.Additional Benefits: Employee Discount Program, referral program, loan assistance, and paid orientation.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:Collects and assesses data and information related to education needs and other pertinent situations, including identification of trends, issues and supporting data to determine a comprehensive education program for patient/client-facing staff including classroom, clinical experiences and learning technologies.Assesses plans, develops, implements and evaluates comprehensive education programs to meet the orientation and ongoing competency needs and professional development needs of the patient/client-facing staff.Apply principles of population health management to drive program development and learning opportunities for HealthMATCH associates.Collaborates with Learning and Development partners to ensure that educational content meets relevant internal standards and is available in a variety of channels based on the needs of the organization.Collaborates with Compliance team to ensure processes exist to ensure timely completion and maintenance of all initial and ongoing educational and competency requirements and testing.Ensures all programs meet regulatory expectations and standards. Adheres to national education practice standards and stays abreast of and incorporates current research into education practice.Provides consultation to enhance continuing education, professional development opportunities and mentorship opportunities.Develops and delivers/coordinates other educational programs as directed in collaboration with Learning and Development.Plans, develops, and evaluates a mentorship program to enhance the orientation process and the retention of staff. Provides leadership to mentors and serves as a role model through educational programs and ongoing coaching and mentoring.Participates and remains knowledgeable of regulatory and current/future accreditation standards that may be required by the organization (i.e. JCAHO, others)Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsWhat You'll Bring:Strong communication skills, oral and written.Excellent interpersonal skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to bilingually communicate in English and Spanish.Education And ExperienceMinimum of one (1) year clinical nursing experience, preferably in-home health/home care setting.New York RN licensureKnowledge and experience in adult education principles.Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification. The Clinical Instructor designs and implements a comprehensive education program including, but not limited to orientation, continuing education, and in-service trainings. The Clinical Instructor collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and workgroups to identify areas of need and opportunity across the organization.
