Sub Custodian

Clean & preserve designated spaces, equipment, and materials in accordance with school seasonal requirements. Performs on-going program of preventive and minor corrective maintenance on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, custodial building maintenance equipment, incinerators, compactors, building structure, and hardware. Replace electric lamps, fluorescent ballasts, wall convenience outlets, switches, sockets and fixtures, etc. Replaces glass and plexiglass. Maintains building and grounds security. Perform selective mowing, and snow removal as required Knowledge of or willingness to learn employee's requirements to comply with safety and health standards, rules, regulations, and orders issued under the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Act (MI-OSHA) and applicable to his conduct. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
