Plant Engineering Maintenance Manager

Quanex is looking for a Plant Engineering Maintenance Manager to join our team located onsite in St. Cloud, Minnesota.The Plant Engineering Maintenance Manager leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of all maintenance and asset reliability activities within a cabinet manufacturing operation. This role is accountable for maximizing equipment uptime, improving OEE, reducing unplanned downtime, and extending asset life through disciplined preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, and strong people leadership.
