The Hematology Oncology locum tenens opportunity in South East Pennsylvania: Nationally accredited, award-winning oncology program -Start date: September 10, 2018-Duration: 3-6 months of coverage needed-Schedule: Monday Friday; 8:30a-5p-Call requirements: Rotation; Friday evening to Monday morning; off-site from home/hotel generally phone consults-This opportunity is split between 2 facilities located 6 miles apart-Clinical hours take place at the practices located within 2 hospitals. Both facilities include infusion suites. Call is Hospital Based Call and takes place after clinical hours and is done on a rotation schedule-Patient volume: 20 per day in clinic/Infusion suites is generally 8 patients per day-100% adult-Office staff: MAs and PSR-EMR: Aria Medical Oncology-4 exam rooms/6 chairs in infusion suites-Full hospital support staffMust be Board Certified in Oncology/Hematology or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency, active PA license, BLS, ACLSThe Hematology Oncology locum tenens opportunity in South East Michigan:-Start date: as soon as credentialed-Duration: on-going, minimum 3 month commitment-Schedule: TBD-Call: TBD-Clinical highlights: Our cancer institute conducts 15 multidisciplinary tumor boards regularly. We offer the full range of advanced chemotherapies and other therapies including alkylating agents, antimetabolites, antitumor antibiotics, immunotherapies, mitotic inhibitors, nitrosoureas, and hormone therapies. Our Divisions Bone Marrow/Stem Cell Transplant program offers autologous, allogeneic, and syngeneic transplants. We regularly perform some of the most complex stem cell transplants in the country.
