Required:6–8+ years of experience in data operations, quality management, or project/program leadership Proven ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes in fast‑paced, execution‑driven environments Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a quality-first mindset Comfort working in command-line / technical environments Strong proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides Excellent communication skills with experience interacting with clients and senior stakeholders Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within defined timelines
