Plant Controller — St. Louis (South Side) | Direct Hire | OnsiteA new product launch. A priority facility. A finance partner needed on the ground.We're working with a global food ingredients manufacturer on a search for a Plant Controller for their established St. Louis facility. This is a hands-on, operational role - you'll own the numbers, but you'll also spend time on the floor, build relationships with plant leadership, and help the business make better decisions in real time.The RoleOwn the full inventory and costing cycle - standard costing, variance analysis, and month-end closePartner with production, warehouse, and operations leadership daily - you'll be the go-to finance person on the groundLead forecasting and the annual plant budgetTrack capital project spend and drive cost control initiativesOwn data integrity and serve as the plant lead for ERP and costing systemsWhat You Bring5+ years in manufacturing accounting with plant-level cost accounting experienceStrong inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis backgroundExperience with manufacturing ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, Infor M3, or similar)Self-directed and comfortable operating with autonomyBachelor's in Accounting; CPA or CMA a plus
