Responsibilities include assisting customers with their purchases, restocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate pricing and product displays. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting. \n \nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES \n\nMeet company customer service standards. \n\n\nFollow company cash control policies and procedures. \n\n\nAdhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services. \n\n\nDetail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards. \n\n\nStock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers. \n\n\nComplete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards. \n\n\nFollow the company's general rules of conduct and code of ethics. \n\n\nOther duties as assigned. \n\n \nQUALIFICATIONS \n\nMust have a people first mentality; every team member and guest deserve a great experience \n\n\nValue time and use your time effectively and efficiently \n\n\nGet first-hand customer information and use it for improvements in products and services \n\n\nCustomer service experience desired \n\n\nAbility to perform multiple tasks at one time \n\n\nRead, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level \n\n\nComprehend and perform basic math skills \n\n\nUnderstand, comprehend, and perform basic computer and point-of-sale skills  \n\n \nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE \n\nHigh School diploma or GED is required \n\n\nPrior retail experience is preferred. \n\n \nPHYSICAL DEMANDS \nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
