AM Line/Prep Cook – The Guild Overview The Guild is looking for an AM Line/Prep Cook to support our breakfast and lunch service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings, a consistent routine, and creating high-quality ingredients that set the tone for the day. Responsibilities Prep all ingredients for breakfast and lunch menu items Assist with assembling grab-and-go items and café offerings Maintain a clean, organized workstation Label, date, and store ingredients properly Follow food safety and sanitation standards Support the chef and team with daily production needs We’re Looking For Morning person with strong reliability Previous hot line/prep experience. 5+ years experience preferred. Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes Attention to detail is a must. Ability to work efficiently and independently Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
