Are you patient, reliable, and do you enjoy working with patients in their homes?If you are interested in the home care field, please apply today!We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position:Home Health Nurse - RN -PRN - Part timeJob Description:As a home health nurse – RN, your responsibilities will be to assess patient's condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, administer medication as prescribed by the patient's physician, dress (or re-dress) wounds, provide patient education, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress, provide supervision and competency checks for RNs, LPNs, and CNA/HHAs as needed, and make recommendations for devices/tools/medications that might improve patient's quality of life.Job Requirements:Must possess at least an associate's degree in nursing from an industry-accredited institution.Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training.Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.
