Territory Representative
A leading growth-stage medical device company is seeking a Territory Representative to drive surgeon adoption, referral network development, and territory growth throughout New Jersey.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with surgeons, physicians, and healthcare providers within the territory.Identify, train, and support surgeons performing advanced procedural treatments.Build referral networks across primary care, pain management, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and related specialties.Meet or exceed sales objectives and territory performance goals.Provide operating room case support and technical expertise as needed.Partner with sales leadership to execute physician education and market development initiatives.Manage inventory, instrument sets, and territory resources in compliance with company policies.Qualifications3+ years of successful medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience.Orthopedic, spine, pain management, or procedural sales experience preferred.Strong physician relationships and territory management skills.Proven track record of achieving sales goals.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Bachelor's degree required.What We're Looking ForA driven, self-motivated sales professional with strong clinical acumen, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for helping physicians improve patient outcomes.
