This role will lead complex technology projects and programs, working closely with engineering, business, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic technology solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong communication, project management, technical understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute technical program and project plans aligned with organizational goals.Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, and risks.Coordinate with engineering, business, vendors, and other cross-functional teams.Track deliverables, identify roadblocks, and drive projects to successful completion.Apply technical knowledge to understand platforms, applications, software tools, and technology solutions.Manage changes and dependencies in complex, fast-moving environments.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, and decisions effectively.Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.Support technology selection and implementation while ensuring alignment with business objectives.Required Skills5+ years of Technical Program Management / Technology Project Management experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of project plans and project life cycle.Technical fluency with software platforms, applications, and technology tools.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional team management.Ability to manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and change.Resourceful and proactive approach to resolving issues and knowing when to escalate or seek support.Experience working in large, complex organizations.Nice-to-Have SkillsPMP certification.AWS certification or cloud experience.Experience in the Financial Services / Banking industry.Vendor management and technology product experience.Experience with cloud-based technology platforms and enterprise applications
