This is a full-time position for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a private club hospitality environment.This position assists the General Manager, Leadership Team and Membership with member billing, accounts receivable, and general administrative support functions. Responsibilities include monthly member billing, account reconciliation, membership administration, reporting, and executive-level administrative support.The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering exceptional internal and member-facing service, building positive relationships while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.ACCOUNTING & MEMBER BILLINGPrepare, review, and process monthly member statementsEnsure accurate and timely posting of charges and creditsManage accounts receivable aging and assist with collectionsProcess member payments (ACH, credit card, checks)Reconcile member accounts and resolve discrepanciesAssist with month-end closing proceduresMaintain organized billing documentationPrepare aging and billing reportsCoordinate with department managersSupport audits and financial reviewsMEMBERSHIP ADMINISTRATIONMaintain organized membership recordsSet up and manage new member accountsAssist members with billing inquiriesProcess initiation fees and recurring paymentsADMINISTRATIVE & GM SUPPORTProvide administrative support to the General ManagerAssist with scheduling and correspondencePrepare meeting materials and take minutes during Board MeetingsSupport special projectsServe as administrative point of contactOFFICE MANAGEMENTManage daily office operationsHighly confidential financial and membership informationMaintain office systems and suppliesDistribute mail and correspondenceCross-department supportWORK EXPERIENCE2+ years of accounting and/or billing experience preferredHospitality or private club experience preferredExperience with accounting systemsEDUCATIONHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.PERFORMANCE STANDARDSProficiency in Microsoft Office and ExcelStrong communication skillsAbility to meet deadlinesIndependent work capabilityATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTSRegular attendance required.
