Position: AI/ML Engineer
We are seeking a passionate AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, hands-on experience with ML frameworks, and a solid understanding of data science, deep learning, and Generative AI concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for business applications.
Build and optimize predictive analytics, classification, recommendation, and forecasting models.
Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets.
Collaborate with data engineers and software development teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Work on NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI use cases.
Create documentation, reports, and technical specifications.
Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with Machine Learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Familiarity with REST APIs and model deployment techniques.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, RAG, and Vector Databases.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, or SageMaker.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
