Sr Data Engineer

Overview In this role you will drive data engineering initiatives on AWS, focusing on robust data pipelines, analysis, and stakeholder communication. You will lead hybrid operations from the office and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex data problems. Your work will bridge data modeling, analytics, and automation to support business insights and decision making. ResponsibilitiesDesign and operate scalable data pipelines on AWS (Lambda, Glue, S3, EMR, Redshift, Bedrock)Lead data analysis tasks and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutionsWork independently and with teams to deliver robust data engineering solutionsAutomate processes and scripting tasks to improve efficiencyDevelop and troubleshoot Tableau dashboards and data visualizationsCommunicate issues, incidents, and updates to management in a timely mannerSupport Salesforce data modeling and objects integration where applicableContribute to hybrid/on-site collaboration with a 3-4 day office presence Key requirementsStrong background in AWS services (Lambda, Glue, S3, EMR, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, Redshift, Bedrock)Expertise in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)Familiarity with Salesforce data models and objectsProficiency in Python for data engineering tasksScripting and process automation experienceExperience with Tableau dashboards and troubleshootingExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsAbility to work independently and with teams and communicate with managementproblem-solvingattention to detaileffective communicationAWS data servicesSQLPython
