As a trusted leader, we are committed to maintaining a safe, vibrant, and supportive environment for our residents.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Director, based in Melbourne, FL. The Executive Director will oversee the overall operations of Buena Vida Estates, ensuring excellent resident care, compliance with state regulations, and sound financial management. Responsibilities include staff leadership, community relations, fiscal oversight, and strategic planning. The role also involves fostering a culture of excellence and innovation while actively engaging with residents, staff, and the board of directors to maintain the highest standards of service and care.QualificationsLeadership and management experience, including strategic planning, team leadership, and operational oversightProficient in financial management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, preferably in a healthcare or senior living settingStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, staff, board members, and the communityKnowledge of senior living or retirement community operations, including Life Care or Continuing Care Retirement Community models, is a strong advantageProven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to lead in a dynamic environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferredExperience in a not-for-profit organization or familiarity with 501(c)(3) operations is beneficialCommitment to ethical practices, high service standards, and resident well-being
