*Program Evaluator (Career Map)* Changing Technologies Inc — on behalf of our client, the *DC Department of Human Services (DHS)* *Worksite:* DC Department of Human Services, 64 New York Ave NE, Washington, DC 20002 *Job type:* Full-time · Contract · Fully onsite *About the role* Changing Technologies Inc is hiring a Program Evaluator to support the DC Department of Human Services' Career Map program. The Program Evaluator monitors program performance and outcomes, tracks participant and project data, prepares reports for program leadership, and ensures activities comply with District policies and standards. Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC area. *Responsibilities* * Assist the Program Manager in evaluating program performance and outcomes against goals and deliverables. * Collect, validate, analyze, and summarize program data; maintain trackers and dashboards; prepare regular status and outcome reports for senior management. * Coordinate assigned project components, including timelines, task assignments, and deadlines. * Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, team members, and contractors to ensure clear communication. * Develop evaluation strategies and quality assurance processes to meet program specifications. * Ensure compliance with District Government policies, standards, and regulations; identify issues early and recommend solutions. *Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in public policy, public administration, social sciences, statistics, or a related field preferred. * Minimum 1-2 years of experience in program evaluation, program analysis, performance monitoring, or project coordination, preferably in government or human services. * Strong analytical, data management, and reporting skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. * Detail-oriented with a working understanding of government regulations and policies. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Must be local to Washington, DC. *Compensation & schedule* * Pay: _$29.89/Hour_ * Full-time, onsite, Monday–Friday, _day shift_ *How to apply* Submit your resume through Indeed or to _vsoni@changing.net_.
