DescriptionThe High School Principal leads the overall educational program of a comprehensive Senior High School serving more than 1,200 students and acts as the primary liaison between the Superintendent and the school community including faculty, staff, students, and families.SalaryHighly competitive, per the Rush-Henrietta Administrators' contract, with a range of $100,000-$166,635, based on experience.QualificationsRush-Henrietta is seeking an innovative, dedicated and collaborative educational leader to be the next Principal at our Senior High School. Demonstrated highly successful secondary teaching and leadership experience are required. Candidates must demonstrate a student-centered, culturally affirming approach to instructional leadership, data-informed continuous improvement, and supervision practices that lead to student achievement and teacher growth.Applicants must have or be eligible (via NYSED reciprocity) for New York administrative certification (SBL, SAS or SDA).
