This is a hybrid role consisting of achieving personal sales goals as well as supporting the sales team. The Sales & Operations Coordinator has a passion for providing excellent service and partners with the sales team and store leadership on key initiatives that support and drive sales and KPI targets within all boutique functions. Key Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional client service including welcoming and hosting the customer conveying the company’s core valuesProvide ultimate brand ambassador support and service by assisting and supporting the sales team with stock checks, packaging and any other sales supportAchieve or exceed sales goals and KPIs while building and maintaining a client bookCapture all relevant customer information for entry in databaseUphold the Akris standards with ability to project professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanorEffectively conduct any administrative activities such as answering client phone calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner along with opening/closing of registersContribute to a positive and productive boutique environmentAssist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the storePerforms other generalist duties as assignedEducation and Experience:Minimum Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred1-2 years minimum of previous luxury retail experience requiredKnowledge and Skills:Passion for human relations, luxury, fashion, art, and designTech savvy; ability to use and learn different software programs and POS systemsIntellectual curiosity and passion for learningExcellent organizational and communication skills Detail oriented and multitasker Ability to operate or to quickly learn the store’s point-of-sale systemAble to work as a team and as oneCan work a flexible schedule, that includes evenings weekends and holidaysAbility to lift and push items up to 25lbsAKRIS is an equal opportunity employer.
