But you do need presence.You have energy people feel immediatelyYou're confident leading a room and speaking in front of groupsYou genuinely care about people and their progressYou're coachable, reliable, and bring consistencyYou show up prepared and ready to deliverExperience helps, but it's not everything.Backgrounds that crush here:Fitness instruction, athletics, dance, performing, teaching, sales, public speakingNo experience?
