A company is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Life Sales Representative to assist educators in planning for a secure retirement.
Key Responsibilities
Handle in-bound inquiries and place out-bound follow-up calls to educators seeking life insurance solutions
Develop trust-based relationships and educate clients on life insurance products
Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Active life license is required; health license to be obtained within 6 months of employment
3 years of financial services or consultative sales experience required, preferably in insurance or retirement planning
Experience in a call center or sales role with a proven ability to meet sales targets
Passion for serving educators and a strong sense of mission
Comfortable using CRM tools and working independently in a fast-paced environment
