We are committed to fostering a supportive workplace that values your growth while providing opportunities to develop your skills in a thriving financial services setting.Responsibilities:Assist loan officers with the preparation, review, and processing of loan applications and documentationConduct credit analysis and basic math calculations to support underwriting decisionsManage loan files using financial software such as Quicken or other banking systems, ensuring accuracy and completenessCoordinate with clients to gather necessary financial documents, including income verification, escrow details, and contractsSupport loan servicing activities by monitoring loan status updates and ensuring compliance with FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelinesFacilitate communication between borrowers, escrow companies, and underwriters to streamline the loan processMaintain detailed records of all transactions, including TILA disclosures and contracts, adhering to regulatory standardsQualifications:SkillsProven experience in financial sales and customer service within the mortgage or banking industryStrong negotiation skills to effectively assist clients and support sales initiativesFamiliarity with FNMA guidelines, mortgage servicing, underwriting procedures, and escrow processesProficiency in financial software such as Quicken, accounting software, and other banking toolsKnowledge of TILA regulations, fair housing laws, and mortgage contracts to ensure complianceAbility to perform basic math calculations accurately using 10-key typing skills and math fundamentalsAbout Company:We are a Top Producing Branch of Arbor Financial Group, an Independent Mortgage Firm that is both a Non-Delegated Correspondent Lender and Broker.Our Team is Passionate about serving Clients and Referrals Partners.
