For more information, visit https://implema.se/en/ About the positionAs an SAP Project & Program Manager, you will lead large-scale ERP implementation and business transformation initiatives for clients within the life sciences and pharmaceuticals industries. This role goes beyond traditional project management, where you’ll drive organizational change, align stakeholders across multiple functions, and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working. You will be responsible for managing complex transformation programs from strategy and planning through implementation, validation, go-live, and post-launch support. Success in this role requires a strong combination of project leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
