For more information, visit https://implema.se/en/ About the positionAs an SAP Project & Program Manager, you will lead large-scale ERP implementation and business transformation initiatives for clients within the life sciences and pharmaceuticals industries. This role goes beyond traditional project management, where you’ll drive organizational change, align stakeholders across multiple functions, and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working. You will be responsible for managing complex transformation programs from strategy and planning through implementation, validation, go-live, and post-launch support. Success in this role requires a strong combination of project leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities. You should thrive in dynamic environments, be comfortable engaging with senior business leaders, and have a proven track record of driving large-scale transformation programs within regulated industries.This role is based in Raleigh, NC, and reports directly to the Consultant Manager.Main Tasks & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects and programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgetsTake an active, hands-on role in project execution, including planning, coordination, and problem-solving across all project phasesManage multiple parallel SAP initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery consistencyCollaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutionsOversee design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP solutionsIdentify and mitigate risk and issuesBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagementCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including functional and technical SAP consultants, both internally and externallyDrive clear and consistent communication around project status, risks, and key decisionsContribute to the development of best practices and methodologies within project and program managementWhat We Expect from YouYour Work Experience, Education & SkillsBachelor’s DegreeMin. 7 years of experience leading ERP implementation projects and/or business transformation programsStrong experience delivering SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or transformationsExperience with other enterprise business systems (ERP platforms) is a plusProven success managing large-scale organizational change and business transformation initiativesExperience working within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or other GxP-regulated environmentsExperience supporting manufacturing and production operations within pharma, medical technology, or related industriesExceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organizationStrong program and project leadership capabilities, including risk management, governance, and cross-functional coordinationHands-on approach with the ability to navigate both strategic and operational aspects of a projectExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsA solution-oriented, self-driven, and collaborative mindsetWhat We Offer is More than Just a Job….An opportunity to join an innovative company where knowledge is shared, initiatives are encouraged, and everyone is given the opportunity to grow, both professionally and personallyA supportive, inclusive workplace where you feel seen and appreciated, and where work-life balance is valuedCompetitive compensation package and benefits, including a flexible hybrid work model, health insurance and retirement plans, and a health & wellness stipend
