This individual will own delivery excellence, drive client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to expand our partnership. This role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, delivery leadership, and talent alignment, ensuring the right teams are deployed to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions at scale.ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership and Account OwnershipServe as the primary point of accountability for delivery across a strategic Salesforce client (or portfolio of clients) Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders Align delivery outcomes to client business objectives, ensuring measurable value realization Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across engagements Delivery Oversight and ExecutionOversee solution delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementations and programs Accountable for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for program success Collaborate with Architects and Leads to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions Talent Alignment and Team StructuringEvaluate and screen consultants for project roles across:Salesforce Developers Scrum Masters Functional Consultants/Business Analysts Project/Program Managers Build and shape high-performing, cross-functional delivery teams Ensure optimal alignment of skillsets to project needs and client expectations Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to team members Growth, Expansion, and UpsellIdentify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, including new workstreams, capabilities, and services Partner with sales and leadership to develop account growth strategies Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and solution positioning for additional work Drive high client satisfaction to support long-term partnership growth Operational ExcellenceChampion delivery best practices, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement Ensure adherence to Salesforce and enterprise delivery standards Monitor financial performance (revenue, margin, utilization) across engagements Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and outcomes-driven delivery QualificationsExperience8+ years of experience in consulting, delivery management, or client success roles Proven track record leading large-scale, enterprise Salesforce implementations Experience managing multiple projects or programs within a strategic account Background in consulting environments with client-facing responsibilities Salesforce ExpertiseDeep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, etc.) Experience delivering full lifecycle implementations (strategy → design → build → deploy → optimize) Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and complex org structures Leadership and Talent ManagementDemonstrated ability to evaluate and deploy talent across multiple roles and skillsets Experience building and leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities Business Development MindsetExperience identifying and driving upsell/expansion opportunities within accounts Ability to connect delivery outcomes to broader business value and growth Core SkillsExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Financial acumen related to project and account performance Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Why Join UsWork with a high-performing, values-driven team that prioritizes collaboration and outcomes Partner with leading enterprises on complex, high-impact Salesforce transformations Grow your career across both delivery leadership and strategic account management paths Be part of a culture that values enthusiasm, humility, and results in every engagementSuccess In This Role Looks LikeConsistently delivering high-quality Salesforce programs on time and on budget Building strong, long-term client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor Successfully assembling and deploying high-performing teams across engagements Expanding account footprint through proactive identification of new opportunitiesThe salary range for this role is $150,000 to $175,000 or the hourly equivalent.
