The Academy maintains two Teacher in Residence positions, one at the lower school (K-5), and one upper school (6-12) levels. Teachers in these roles are afforded the opportunity to learn the YA culture, participate in professional development, and gain additional classroom experience prior to transitioning into roles that may become available.
