The facility offers academic affiliation opportunities and comprehensive subspecialty support including pediatric surgery, creating an excellent environment for professional development and high-quality patient care.Opportunity:Physician - Hospitalist - PediatricJob Details:• Perform newborn nursery examinations in a collaborative, well-supported environment• Conduct circumcisions as part of comprehensive newborn care• Participate in pediatric resident and medical student education programs• Work alongside pediatric intensivists, hospitalists, and neonatologists• Collaborate with dedicated newborn nursing staff trained in transitional, newborn, and couplet care• Utilize Certified Lactation Specialist support available 365 days per year• Practice in a 58-bed Level 3 NICU with comprehensive pediatric subspecialty support• No delivery attendance required• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics• Nevada Medical License required or willingness to obtain• Must be willing to relocate to the immediate local area• DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start• Clean malpractice and medical license history highly preferred• Overnight emergent coverage handled by neonatologists/NICU team (no on-call required)Compensation:Employed salary with benefits.Recruiter InformationRecruiter: Jamie ThomasEmail: jthomas@bashealthcare.comPhone: (703) 378-0004 x312
