Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring high standards of hygiene and sanitation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Dispose of waste and recyclables properly while adhering to environmental guidelines. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns. Experience Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
