The Construction Manager will oversee day-to-day construction activities for telecommunication and related infrastructure projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising site crews and subcontractors, coordinating materials and equipment, and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders. The role involves monitoring project progress, resolving on-site issues, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulations. The Construction Manager will also assist with project planning, documentation, quality control, and regular reporting to project leadership.Qualifications Strong supervisory skills to lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage day-to-day construction activities.Experience in construction and telecommunication or infrastructure projects, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans.Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Budgeting and project control skills to track costs, monitor schedules, manage resources, and support on-time, on-budget delivery.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and vendors.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in addressing site issues and ensuring quality standards.Proficiency with project management tools and basic digital documentation (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking software).Relevant education or training in construction management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.Previous experience in field-based or on-site construction leadership roles is highly beneficial.
