This role is not a traditional administrative position; instead, it functions as a strategic partner and force multiplier for our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will operate at a high level of professionalism, agility, and discretion, managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and critical communications with precision. You will serve as a trusted extension of the CEO, anticipating needs, streamlining workflows, and facilitating decision-making processes. Fluency with AI tools and a proactive mindset are essential to enhance productivity and support high-value initiatives.
