Job Description Job Description About Us We're a small, independent pawn shop in Miami looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial leader to take full ownership of our store operations and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Actively participate in store promotion, local marketing, and increasing customer foot traffic. Sales & Online Presence: Manage listings and sales across platforms (eBay, OfferUp, etc.) to ensure maximum inventory turnover. Store Operations: Oversee daily intake, professional evaluation of items, and maintain high standards of store presentation. Customer Excellence: Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and expert negotiation. Inventory Management: Efficiently organize stock and ensure the security of all assets. Requirements Proven Sales & Negotiation Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail, sales, or the pawn industry. You must be comfortable closing deals and negotiating value. Business Growth Mindset: A proactive "driver" who doesn't just wait for customers but looks for ways to increase traffic and revenue. Tech & Digital Savvy: Strong experience with online marketplaces (eBay, OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace) and basic digital marketing/social media promotion. Operational Excellence: High attention to detail in item evaluation, inventory management, and store presentation. Communication Skills: Fluent in English (required). Proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage for the Florida market. Integrity & Trust: Absolute honesty and a professional approach to handling high-value assets and sensitive customer information. Availability: Ready to work a full-time schedule (Monday - Friday). Compensation Base salary + performance bonuses = $52,000-$72,000/year Includes: 5% commission on all sales 5% of monthly profit Raises based on performance Real path to Managing Partner
