Delivery & Procurement Transformation Lead (Remote)
We’re looking for a delivery-oriented Team Lead Customer Delivery & Procurement Transformation (m/f/d) to build and run our Value Engineering Service and helping enterprise customers get maximum impact from IntegrityNext. You’ll own a small expert team, shape a scalable service offering, and work at the intersection of procurement operations, sustainability, and platform implementation. This role is ideal for someone who’s led consulting engagements or SaaS delivery teams and wants to combine hands-on customer work with building something repeatable and lasting.
What can you expect?
Build and lead a customer-facing delivery team
Own the end-to-end Value Engineering Service across pre-sales, new customer onboarding, and retention engagements
Hire, coach, and develop a team of delivery consultants spanning procurement, sustainability, and platform expertise
Run customer engagements from scoping through rollout – including supplier prioritization, data configuration, and risk-action workflows
Foster a culture of trust, learning, and psychological safety where your team grows and performs at their best
Scale a service that compounds
Identify patterns across engagements and turn them into standardized templates, playbooks, and enablement materials
Spot opportunities to automate recurring delivery tasks and improve data visibility for customers
Collaborate with Product, CS, and Sales to strengthen the full customer lifecycle
Define and track KPIs for service success and customer maturity milestones
Act as a strategic interface
Support sales teams during scoping and renewal with delivery expertise and executive credibility
Translate field insights into structured feedback for the product roadmap, onboarding design, and AI playbooks
What should you bring along?
Delivery leadership
5+ years in procurement transformation, supply chain consulting, SaaS delivery, or platform implementation ideally with enterprise customers
Strong background in procurement processes, supplier management, or compliance/sustainability use cases
Experience leading small expert teams or managing complex, multi-stakeholder delivery tracks
Comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders and translating their needs into implementation plans
Digital and innovation fluency
Familiarity with BI tools, process automation, or platform configuration in a customer-facing context
Interest in how AI can improve delivery speed and consistency (hands-on experience is a plus, curiosity is a must)
Comfortable piloting digital solutions alongside traditional consulting approaches
Communication and collaboration
Fluent in English and German
Structured communicator who can turn messy requirements into repeatable frameworks
Empathetic leader who balances customer confidence with team mentorship
Comfortable facilitating alignment across procurement, IT, and sustainability stakeholders
