Ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers and engineering teams—but does not want to be locked into a purely engineering or purely sales-focused role.If you thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments, enjoy building relationships, and can confidently communicate around technical concepts, this could be a strong fit.What You’ll Be DoingServe as a key customer contact for ongoing technical projects and programsCoordinate closely with internal engineering and operations teamsSupport customer communications, timelines, and project updatesHelp identify growth opportunities within existing accountsParticipate in technical discussions related to manufacturing, tooling, and production solutionsAssist with managing project flow and customer expectations from kickoff through executionBuild long-term customer relationships through responsiveness and technical credibilityWhat They’re Looking ForBackground in manufacturing, engineering, technical sales, applications engineering, project engineering, field service, or related environmentsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable discussing technical concepts with customers and internal teamsOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyMechanical aptitude or technical curiosity is highly preferredWhat Makes This Opportunity DifferentThis is not a traditional inside sales role and not a back-office engineering position.
