For over 30 years, Ultimate has been servicing customers with expertise, great relationships, and humility.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales professional to expand our market presence in the Pacific Northwest region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Your ability to build strong customer relationships and exceed sales quotas will be essential to this role.About the Position Core Responsibilities: Provide sales, marketing and category management support to assigned customersPresent and sell our client products and programs based on client initiatives and new item introductionsBecome knowledgeable on client portfolios of products and servicesSupport and conduct food shows and sales team presentations with customersDevelop sales plans for customers and clients based on objectives set forth through partnership developmentFollow up and execute sales opportunities from start to finish through continuous communication and CRMLook for incremental opportunities within or outside of our portfolio Respond to customer requests as neededPrepare, submit and present activity reports to management, client base or customers as neededCRM:Maintain a robust Salesforce pipeline based on market opportunitiesContinuously follow up with Salesforce database activitiesProvide Salesforce reports as needed to management and clientsCommunication:  Conduct regular calls with your direct report, regional and national sales team, clients and customers  Share information and gain feedback  Other Skills or Abilities:Excellent communication and ability to present in personCustomer service, rapport buildingFoodservice and C-Store industry knowledgeDecision making abilitiesDirect Reports:  This position reports to regional Vice President Travel:RSM position requires 50-75% regional/driving travel within assigned territory1-3 out of state/market trips annually requiring airline travel Minimum Requirements:3-5 years of experiences sales, preferably foodserviceMust reside within the assigned territory
