DescriptionJob Title: Care Coordinator for Therapeutic Foster CareLocation: Morristown , TN, Kingsport, TN, Maryville, TN,Greenville ,TNEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: $19.23 per hourDate Posted: 05-11-2026About The RoleThe Care Coordinator I provides Clarvida approved therapeutic interventions, case coordination, and resource linkage to clients and involved parties including families, DCS, court personnel, and community supports to support positive change within individuals and families.
