Senior AWS Developer

Job SummaryThe Sr. AWS Developer will support the development of technology capabilities for Private Market Accounting, with a focus on Private Equity. The role requires a strong software development background using Python, Java, or Node.js combined with extensive hands-on AWS experience. The developer will work independently to build and enhance cloud-based solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and technology teams to deliver business-focused capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance applications and services supporting Private Market Accounting and Private Equity capabilities.Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services.Develop software using Python, Java, Node.js, or related backend technologies.Build scalable and maintainable applications aligned with technical and business requirements.Participate in solution design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.Troubleshoot application and cloud-related issues and implement effective resolutions.Work independently and take ownership of assigned development activities.Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders regarding technical solutions, progress, and issues.Required QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with AWS.Strong backend development experience using Python, Java, Node.js, or a similar programming language.Strong software development experience with cloud-based applications.Ability to design, develop, troubleshoot, and support AWS-based solutions.Strong communication skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in financial services, finance, or Private Market Accounting.Previous experience supporting Private Equity technology solutions.Experience with Private Market Accounting or related financial applications.
