Project management of contracts, assisting withbudgeting, oversight of sound fiscal practices, training, and the smoothoperation of the program as part of the day-to-day activities are someof the essential duties of this position. Working with the HousingImprovement team as well as closely with the Senior Director of Housingand Program Development, this position will also support theorganization of the construction/rehab sites, energy programs, assistthe team in tracking materials, job costs, and development of projectspecifications and the bidding process. This is a full-time, 40 hoursper week position based out of Lewiston, with required daily travelthroughout Androscoggin, Oxford, and Cumberland Counties with use of acompany vehicle, as well as availability for evening or weekendassignments and occasional overnight meeting requirements.Starting Rate**: \$27.20/hourBenefits Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision,life, short and long-term disability, accident, critical illness &hospital indemnity Paid Time Off (up to 18 days for full-time employees) 13 paid holidays per year 403(b) pension plan with agency match Community Concepts is a qualified employer under the Public ServiceLoan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Numerous opportunities for paid trainingTo Qualify:**Associates Degree in energy related or home constructionfield required; Bachelors Degree preferred; or five years on-the-jobwork-related experience. Ability to obtain and maintain BPI EnergyAuditor certification and BPI Quality Control certification; minimumfour years experience performing Home Rehabilitation program inspectionsrequired; must have excellent communication skills; able to takeaccountability for the quality and timeliness of work and achievesresults with little oversight; ability and willingness to delegateresponsibility; must be able to work effectively with others; ability tocoach team members to develop their capabilities; Must have a validMaine driver\'s license and liability insurance.
