Job Title: Contract Manager
Location: Remote – East Coast preferred, but flexible
Duration: 6-month contract with possible extension
Conversion: Possible for the right candidate
Schedule: Full-time
Pay Rate: $60–$64.25/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Manage supplier contracting engagements from initial intake through negotiation, signature, and subsequent amendments.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), professional services agreements, SaaS/hosted platform agreements, and order forms.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand scope, deliverables, business requirements, and contracting needs.
Coordinate contract reviews and approvals with Legal, Security, Privacy, and other risk/compliance teams.
Manage contract modifications, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.
Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant experience in contracts, legal, procurement, or a related function.
Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Strong understanding of commercial contract terms and procurement agreements.
