This role will work at the intersection of healthcare operations and technology, helping organizations navigate requirements related to the No Surprises Act (NSA) while improving reimbursement outcomes.This individual will guide clients through the implementation and optimization of technology solutions that support IDR processes, reconciliation workflows, and revenue recovery strategies, while also partnering internally to enhance product capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & StrategyAct as a senior advisor to healthcare organizations on RCM strategy, compliance, and operational efficiencyLead consulting engagements focused on NSA compliance, IDR strategy, and revenue optimizationIdentify gaps in current processes and recommend scalable solutions to improve performancePlatform Implementation & OptimizationOversee implementation of technology solutions supporting IDR workflows, reconciliation processes, and claims managementTranslate regulatory and operational requirements into system configurations and process improvementsPartner with internal teams to enhance platform capabilities based on client needsRevenue Recovery & PerformanceDevelop strategies to identify and recover underpayments, particularly in out-of-network scenariosImprove reimbursement outcomes through optimized IDR processes and dispute resolution strategiesAnalyze payer trends and revenue leakage to drive financial improvementsEstablish processes to ensure alignment between billed charges, reimbursements, and regulatory guidelinesDesign reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance and discrepanciesDrive automation and efficiency in reconciliation and financial workflowsCompliance & Regulatory OversightEnsure adherence to No Surprises Act (NSA) requirements and related regulationsSupport audit readiness and risk mitigation initiativesMonitor regulatory updates and translate them into operational and system changesLead and mentor a team of consultants and analystsDevelop methodologies, best practices, and reusable frameworks for engagementsSupport business development efforts through solution design and client presentationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (advanced degree preferred)10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with leadership experienceStrong understanding of NSA regulations, IDR processes, and payer reimbursement modelsExperience working with healthcare organizations on financial or operational improvement initiativesBackground in consulting, SaaS platforms, or technology-enabled servicesPreferred ExperienceFamiliarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks and compliance requirementsExperience with analytics, reporting tools, or workflow automation platformsIndustry certifications related to RCM or healthcare operationsCore CompetenciesExecutive-level communication and stakeholder managementStrong analytical and financial acumenAbility to lead complex, cross-functional initiativesStrategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilityExperience driving change in dynamic environmentsWhat Success Looks LikeImproved revenue capture and reduced leakage through optimized RCM processesIncreased effectiveness and efficiency of IDR workflowsStrong client adoption of technology solutionsReduced compliance risk related to NSA requirementsGrowth and scalability of consulting engagementsAdditional RequirementsCandidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Dallas, TX if applying for the local/hybrid optionCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; this role does not offer sponsorship now or in the futureAdditional InformationTravel required on an as-needed basis for client engagementsFlexible work environment with remote or hybrid optionsJ-18808-Ljbffr
